1. General
By using the services of Scholars Aid ("Company"), you agree to the following terms. Our services include visa processing, university admission assistance, air ticketing, and hotel booking.
2. Visa Processing Services
- Scholars Aid does not participate in the visa assessment and decision-making process. The relevant Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate has the sole authority to decide whether a visa will be issued or not.
- All processing fees are non-refundable. Services will not be provided if any payment is due.
- Applications are processed within the standard timeframe as per the rules of the respective Embassy or High Commission. Scholars Aid is not responsible for any delays in approval caused by the authority.
- Once a decision has been made, the applicant will receive a notification. Decision outcomes may include:
- Approved: The application has been approved.
- Rejected: The application has been declined.
- Request for Document: The applicant is required to upload or re-upload supporting documents as specified by the authority.
- Request for Interview: The applicant is required to attend an interview (online or in-person) before a decision is made.
- For document requests, applicants must upload the specified documents immediately as per the authority's instructions.
- For interview requests, applicants must attend the scheduled session. Failure to attend may result in rejection.
- Applications will be automatically rejected if the applicant fails to provide requested documents or attend an interview within 5 days of the request.
- All applications are considered on individual merit. The relevant authority reserves the right to refuse or reject an application without providing any reason.
- Applicants must ensure that all uploaded documents (passport photos, bank statements, proof of income, etc.) are clear and genuine. Fake or unclear documents may result in rejection.
- Respective Embassies and High Commissions reserve the right to change rules at any time.
3. University Admission Services
- Scholars Aid assists in preparing and submitting university applications but does not guarantee admission. The final decision rests with the educational institution.
- All advisory and processing fees are non-refundable once the application process has begun.
- Applicants are responsible for providing accurate academic records, test scores, and personal information.
4. Air Ticketing & Hotel Booking
- Tickets and bookings are subject to airline and hotel policies, including cancellation and refund terms.
- Scholars Aid acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or service disruptions by airlines or hotels.
- Fare differences arising from changes requested by the client are the client's responsibility.
5. Payments
- All payments must be made through the Company's official channels (bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other approved methods).
- Receipts and invoices are generated through the Scholars Aid system and are the official record of payment.
- A 1.5% surcharge applies to mobile banking payments.
6. Limitation of Liability
Scholars Aid shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from decisions made by embassies, universities, airlines, hotels, or any third-party authority.
